Porcelain or sintered stone?
Both are made from natural minerals fired at very high temperatures, so both resist heat, stains and fading. Sintered stone like Dekton and Neolith is pressed and fired under more extreme conditions, making a denser slab built for countertops, including outdoor kitchens.
